License Agreement

Introduction

Thank you for using NeuroAICMS, a product developed by E Force Tec Corporation. This License Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for using our software. By using NeuroAICMS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

Scope of License

• Modify or change the software outside the scope of what is permissible through the NeuroAICMS administrative interface.

Disclaimer of Warranties

NeuroAICMS is provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind. E Force Tec Corporation expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. E Force Tec Corporation does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Intellectual Property

NeuroAICMS and all related materials are the intellectual property of E Force Tec Corporation. All rights reserved. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Amendments

E Force Tec Corporation reserves the right to modify this License Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
